About the Project
In Bupa Chile, most medical appointments are booked online, making the website a key tool for patient services in centers such as Integramédica, Bupa Santiago Clinic, Antofagasta Clinic, and Reñaca Clinic. The platform must remain available at all times and provide quick access to online booking, opening hours, locations, and exam and appointment results.
In the insurance area, including Bupa Insurance and Cruzblanca, it is equally essential to keep information up to date and accessible. AltaVoz designed and developed all public websites for Bupa Chile, following the brand’s global guidelines for colors, imagery, typography, and other design elements.
Bupa continuously updates and refines its designs to improve patient experience and navigation. Several websites include custom integrations, enabling features such as bulk information uploads, data updates via spreadsheets, and displaying information directly from Bupa’s internal services.
All sites were built on Prontus CMS, allowing content and marketing teams to create and update pages independently. Prontus also allows the implementation of tailored integrations for each project’s needs. For Bupa Chile, we developed a landing page generation system using predesigned modules that can be combined in various ways while maintaining Bupa’s visual identity and design rules.
Intranet
AltaVoz also developed an intranet for Bupa’s medical staff, integrated with the company’s authentication system so users can log in with their existing credentials.
The intranet centralizes information from various internal and external services, including a technical library, e-learning platform, access to talks and conferences, and payment information. Thanks to the integrations implemented, doctors can access all these resources without having to log in separately to each system.
