AltaVoz took part in the planning, design and development of the Subaru brand sites for Chile, Argentina, Peru, Colombia and Bolivia. Users can compare different vehicle models on the site and request a quote to make a purchase.
The site was developed following the best web practices and was implemented using Prontus CMS, which makes it easy to manage all the site's content. The site is responsive, allowing access from devices of any size.
After the physical stores had to close during lock downs in the pandemic, the digital channel became "one of the main pillars of the operation," explains Nicolás Acuña, Project Manager at Inchcape Latam.
Selling cars has "already changed" with Internet sales, says Acuña. Currently the site allows you to quote and reserve the purchase of a car, after which a salesperson contacts the client to finalize the sale.
