The Project

AltaVoz worked with Aduana on a new information architecture for the site, defining the types of users and the information and services each requires from Customs. Users can navigate the site identifying themselves as travelers and tourists, online buyers, users of benefits and franchises or foreign trade operators to quickly find the relevant information for each profile. Otherwise, they can use the main navigation to find the information. 

All content is edited using Prontus CMS, developed by AltaVoz. Integrations were made to display online statistics, surveys and an English version of the site.
